Woah, so exciting to write my first day experience having internship in TripCribs. Thanks for Mr. Larry Chua for accepting me, also the warm welcome from TripCribs' team.
In my 1st day having internship here, I was given some materials about boutique hotels. I have to learn it well because TripCribs concern is about boutique hotel. Then, as the part of marketing staff, I have responsibility in marketing through social media such as Twitter and Facebook. What I have to do is learn from famous Facebook and twitter travel accounts:
- What content do they share
- What is the perfect time to post
- How they can attract people to view, like and follow them
This is very interesting because travel industry is very dynamics. We need to know what is our market segmentation, what can attract them and what is their concern recently. Hopefully I can do the task well because I also can get new knowledge and experience.
